Rowan Takes Home Numerous Post-Season Awards

Despite not  taking home any team hardware, The 2015-16 Rowan D3 Ice Hockey season was the most successful season in the 6 year program history. The Profs finished with a 22-6-4 record, ranked #5 in the ACHA Atlantic Region, and finished ranked #22 in the country according to myhockeyrankings.com.

The Profs had numerous indivdual accomplishments:

Senior Forward, Marty Bell, was selected to the DVCHC All-Star game and DVCHC Selects team, named DVCHC Most Valuable Player and was named a ACHA Atlantic Region All-American.

Senior Dennis Padick was selected to the DVCHC All-Star game.

Sophomore Forward Eric Bell, was named to the DVCHC All-Star Team and Selects Team

Junior Defensemen, Brandon Mead was selected to the DVCHC Selects team and named ACHA Atlantic Region All-American

Senior Defenseman, Kyle Welsh was selected to the DVCHC Selects Team.

Junior Goaltender, Ryan McCusker was selected to the DVCHC Selects Team and named Atlantic Region All-American.

Junior Goaltender, Justin Widener was selected to the DVCHC All-Star Game.

3rd year Head Coach Bruce Kocenski was named DVCHC and ACHA Atlantic Region Coach of the Year.

Congratulations to the Profs for an incredible 2015-16 season and congratulations to the individual honors achieved.
